These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NoGeek platform and any purchases made through our store. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing NoGeek, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), that you will provide accurate information during registration, and that you accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Products & Orders

NoGeek sells digital products including gift cards, game keys, and streaming subscriptions. All product listings are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product becomes unavailable after purchase.

  • Digital keys are assigned to orders atomically — each key is delivered to one customer only
  • Product descriptions and images are provided for reference; regional restrictions may apply
  • Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region or currency
  • Promotional pricing is subject to availability and may end without notice

3. Payment Policy

We accept payment via MVola, Orange Money, Airtel Money, and store credits. Payment must be completed for an order to be processed.

  • Mobile money payments require manual transfer to the displayed account number using the order number as reference
  • Orders in "Payment Pending" status are cancelled automatically after 24 hours if payment is not confirmed
  • Credits purchased or earned on the platform have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn
  • We are not responsible for fees charged by your mobile operator

4. Delivery Policy

Digital products are delivered electronically through your NoGeek account dashboard:

  • Game keys and gift cards are available in your order detail page once the order is marked as Completed
  • Subscription credentials (email/password) are provided in your Subscriptions dashboard
  • Processing time is typically under 24 hours after payment confirmation
  • Delivery notifications are sent by email and via in-app notifications

Please review our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: digital products are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of proven defect or technical failure on our part.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use NoGeek to:

  • Resell digital keys or credentials obtained through our platform
  • Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt platform systems
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or credits
  • Use false payment references to obtain products fraudulently
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized third parties

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and legal action where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

NoGeek provides digital products on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions by third-party platforms (Netflix, Spotify, Steam, etc.)
  • Loss of data or access due to platform policy changes by game developers or streaming services
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of purchased products
  • Currency fluctuations affecting the local value of purchases

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Madagascar. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Antananarivo, Madagascar.
